How to Use SPICE KITCHEN Piri Piri Seasoning Spice Blend Tin 80g

A garlicky, tangy, and savoury chilli seasoning perfect for chicken, vegetables, soups, and meatballs. Quick, versatile, and full of Portuguese-inspired Piri Piri flavour.

1. Piri Piri Chicken or Veggies

Ingredients:

• 2–3 tsp Piri Piri Spice Blend per whole chicken (adjust for other cuts)

• 1–2 tbsp olive oil

• Chicken, fish, or vegetables

Instructions:

1. Rub the spice blend and olive oil over your chosen protein or vegetables.

2. Marinate for 1–24 hours for maximum flavour.

3. Grill, roast, or pan-fry until golden and cooked through.

2. Piri Piri Meatballs

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp Piri Piri Spice Blend

• 500g minced meat or plant-based mince

• 1 egg (optional)

• 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Instructions:
