How to Use SPICE KITCHEN Garam Masala Spice Blend Tin 80g A warm, aromatic Indian blend of cumin, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, clove, and star anise — this handcrafted Garam Masala adds depth and comfort to any dish. Perfect for curries, stews, roasted vegetables, or lentils. 1. Classic Curry Finisher Ingredients: 1 tsp Garam Masala 500g cooked curry (chicken, lamb, or vegetable) Instructions: Stir Garam Masala into your curry at the end of cooking. Simmer gently for 1–2 minutes to release its aroma. Serve hot with rice or naan. 2. Spiced Roasted Vegetables Ingredients: 2 tsp Garam Masala 2 tbsp oil 500g mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, potatoes) Instructions: Toss vegetables with oil and Garam Masala. Roast at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until golden and fragrant. 3. Comforting Lentil Dhal Ingredients: 1 tsp Garam Masala 1 cup red lentils 3 cups water or stock 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 tsp turmeric Instructions: Cook lentils with turmeric, onion, and tomato until soft.
