1. Classic Curry Finisher

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp Garam Masala

• 500g cooked curry (chicken, lamb, or vegetable)

Instructions:

1. Stir Garam Masala into your curry at the end of cooking.

2. Simmer gently for 1–2 minutes to release its aroma.

3. Serve hot with rice or naan.

2. Spiced Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

• 2 tsp Garam Masala

• 2 tbsp oil

• 500g mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, potatoes)
