Perfect for rubs, marinades, and stir-fries. 1. Chinese-Style Stir-Fry Ingredients: 1 tsp Chinese 7 Spice Blend 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sugar 300g meat or vegetables Instructions: Stir-fry meat or vegetables in oil until nearly cooked. Add soy sauce, sugar, and Chinese 7 Spice; toss well. Serve hot with rice or noodles. 2.
