How to Use SPICE KITCHEN Sri Lankan Curry Powder Blend Tin 80g

A bright, toasty, and aromatic blend of coriander, fennel, cumin, fenugreek, turmeric, black pepper, mustard seeds, and curry leaves — perfect for adding warmth and depth to Sri Lankan-inspired dishes. Ideal for coconut curries, lentil daals, jackfruit stews, or roasted vegetables.

1. Coconut Sri Lankan Curry

Ingredients:

• 1–2 tsp Sri Lankan Curry Powder

• 400ml coconut milk

• 500g chicken, tofu, or vegetables

• 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions:

1. Sauté garlic and curry powder until fragrant.

2. Add coconut milk and your chosen protein or vegetables.

3. Simmer for 10–15 minutes, finish with lime juice, and serve with rice.

2. Roasted Veggies or Prawns

Ingredients:

• 1–2 tsp Sri Lankan Curry Powder

• 2 tbsp oil

• 500g vegetables, prawns, or tofu

Instructions:

1. Toss ingredients together until evenly coated.

2. Roast at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until golden and aromatic.

3. Lentil Daal or Stew

Instructions:

• Stir 1–2 tsp Sri Lankan Curry Powder into lentils or vegetable stews while cooking.

• Adjust seasoning to taste for a bright, warming flavour.
