   • Heat a cast iron skillet or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
   • Melt some butter and add minced garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes.
   • Add the soaked rice cakes and cook until they get slightly crispy (about 5 minutes).

4. Add the Sauce and Cheese:

   • Pour the gochujang sauce over the rice cakes and mix well.
   • Top with grated mozzarella cheese (or any cheese you prefer).

5. Broil Until Bubbly:

   • Place the skillet under the broiler until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
