To prepare the Mala Tang, simply follow these steps: 

• Boil water: Add 450ml of drinking water to a pot and bring to a boil.
• Add ingredients: Add the vegetables, wet vermicelli, mala sauce, and bean curd sheets/rolls into the pot. Do not add the peanut/sesame paste yet.
• Cook: Boil for about 3 minutes until everything is cooked through.
• Finish: Pour the mixture into a serving container. Gradually add the peanut/sesame paste and stir until dissolved. Adjust the amount of paste to your preference.
• Serve: Mix well and enjoy.

Pickled Vegetables: Potato, Lotus Roots, Black Fungus, Bamboo Shoots, Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator (E270, E330), Flavour Enhancer(E621, E635), Preservative (E223/Sulphites).

Wet Vermicelli: Potato Starch, Sweet Potato Starch, Water, Salt, Aloe Vera Extract, Black Pepper Extract, Vanilla Bean Extract.

Mala Sauce: Soybean Oil, Salt, Chilli Pepper, Broad Bean Paste (Chili Pepper, Broad Bean, Water, Salt, Wheat Flour), Sichuan Pepper, Ginger, Water, Spring Onion, Sugar, Garlic, Broad Bean, Flavouring, White Pepper, Spices, Orange Peel, Flavour Enhancer (E635).

Peanut And Sesame Paste: Peanut Paste, Sesame Paste, Soybean Oil.

Bean Curd Sheet: Bean Curd (Soybean, Water), Palm Oil.

Liquid Seasoning: Vinegar [Water, Sorghum, Wheat, Barley, Pea, Grain Spirit, Salt, Spices, Colour (E150a), Preservative (E211), Sweetener (E955)], Salt, Sugar.

Bean Curd Roll: Palm Oil, Bean Curd (Soybean, Water).
