How to use?	Do not thaw. Cook directly from the freezer. Steaming (Recommended): Arrange the frozen black buns inside a lined bamboo or metal steamer basket. Place over a pot of rolling, boiling water and steam on medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes until puffy, piping hot, and soft to the touch. Microwave: Place 2 to 3 frozen buns onto a microwave-safe plate and cover them entirely with a damp paper towel. Microwave on high power for 1 to 1.5 minutes (at 800W) until thoroughly warmed through. Pry the pre-folded flap open and stuff with traditional Taiwanese fillings like braised pork belly, pickled mustard greens, cilantro, and crushed peanuts—or customize with crispy fried chicken, barbecue beef, or grilled tofu.
