• 400g ZAAD Kataifi Pastry (thawed)
• 200g dark chocolate (preferably Dubai chocolate), melted
• 100g unsalted butter, melted
• 100g chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, or walnuts)
• 100ml honey
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. Prepare the Pastry: Gently separate the thawed ZAAD Kataifi Pastry strands and place them in a large bowl. Pour the melted butter over the pastry and mix well to ensure all strands are coated.
