How to Use SPICE KITCHEN Jerk Seasoning Spice Blend Tin 80g

Bring bold Caribbean flavour to your kitchen with this fiery, aromatic Jerk blend. A mix of cayenne pepper for heat, sugar and allspice for sweetness, and herbs for balance — perfect for meats, fish, or vegetables.

1. Classic Jerk Marinade

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning Spice Blend

• 2 tbsp soy sauce

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients to form a paste.

2. Rub over chicken, pork, or prawns.

3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, then grill, bake, or BBQ for authentic jerk flavour.

2. Spicy Jerk Veggies

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp Jerk Seasoning Spice Blend

• 2 tbsp oil

• Mixed vegetables (peppers, courgette, sweet potato)

Instructions:

1. Toss vegetables with oil and Jerk seasoning.

2. Roast at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until golden and caramelised.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions:
