How to use?	Korean Budae Jigae & Hotpot (部队火锅/麻辣烫): Do not thaw. Slice the frozen fish bars or drop them whole into boiling army stew, hotpot, or tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes). Simmer for 4–5 minutes until plump and tender. Skewers & Soup (韩式鱼饼汤): Thread the fish bars onto bamboo skewers and simmer in a light radish and kelp soy broth to recreate classic Korean street-style Odeng Tang. Air Frying & Deep Frying (气炸/油炸): Lightly brush with oil and air-fry at 180°C (350°F) for 6–8 minutes, or deep fry until the outside turns beautifully golden and crispy. Serve with honey mustard or sweet chili sauce. Storage (储存方式): Store continuously in the freezer at -18°C or below. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
