Lobo country-style red curry paste is based on Thailand’s one of the most popular red curry dish prepared in a simplistic and easy ‘country-style’ method without using coconut milk. This dish can be prepared using beef as well as chicken and is generally a soup-style dish. It is very easy to cook just by using meat (chicken/beef), vegetables, and the Lobo country-style red curry paste.
