How to use?	Mung beans (also known as green grams) are prized for their ability to soften into a creamy texture or be sprouted for a fresh crunch. Traditional Desserts: They are the primary ingredient for mung bean soup, a popular cooling tonic in China, and can be mashed into a sweet paste for mooncakes, pastries, and cakes. Savory Preparations: These beans are excellent for thickening soups and stews or being processed into mung bean flour for noodles and savory pancakes. Sprouting: Beyond boiling, these beans can be soaked and sprouted at home to produce fresh bean sprouts for stir-fries and salads. Preparation: We recommend soaking the beans overnight or for at least 4 hours before cooking. Cooking Time: Boil in a 1:3 bean-to-water ratio for 30 to 45 minutes until tender.
