Sweet Treats: It is a primary ingredient for millet sticky cakes, often layered with red bean paste, and is traditionally used to make Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) and mochi-style desserts. Comforting Porridges: When slow-cooked, it creates a thick, creamy congee or porridge that is easy to digest and naturally sweet.
