How to Use Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce 1.75L

1. Stir-Fry Sauce Base

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce

• 1 tbsp oyster sauce

• 1 tsp sugar

• 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Add to stir-fried vegetables, noodles, or meat for quick, balanced flavour.

2. Soy Marinade for Meat or Tofu

Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

• 1 tbsp rice wine or mirin

• 1 tsp minced garlic

• 1 tsp ginger

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients and marinate meat or tofu for 30 minutes.

2. Grill, bake, or pan-fry until cooked and golden.

3. Simple Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

• 1 tbsp rice vinegar

• 1 tsp chopped chilli or sesame oil

Instructions:

1. Mix and serve with dumplings, spring rolls, or sushi.
