How to use?	Standard Preparation (Mala Xiang Guo) Prep: Chop and parboil roughly 750g of mixed ingredients (e.g., sliced lotus root, mushrooms, potatoes, luncheon meat, prawns, or beef). Drain well. Sizzle: Heat 2–3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wide wok over medium heat. Squeeze in one 110g packet of Haidilao Spicy Sauce. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until intensely fragrant. Toss: Crank the heat to high. Add all of your parboiled ingredients to the wok. Toss rapidly for 2 to 3 minutes until everything is evenly coated and fully cooked through. Serve immediately with steamed white rice.
