Cook straight from frozen, no defrosting required:

• Hot Pot & Soups: Drop the frozen buns directly into boiling broth or ramen. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until they float to the top and puff up slightly.

• Stir-Fry: Toss them directly into your stir-fries, spicy hot pot sauces (Malatang), or tteokbokki during the last 4 minutes of cooking.
