[FROZEN] Ajinomoto Imo Mochi Cheese 600g 芝士夾心土豆年糕

Pan-Frying

This method results in a crispy exterior and gooey cheese interior:

1. Heat oil: Pour about 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan and heat on high heat.
2. Add mochi and water: Place the frozen Imo Mochi in the pan, add about 50 ml of water, and cover with a lid for approximately 5 minutes. This helps the mochi cook through.
3. Fry until crispy: Take the lid off, allow the water to evaporate completely, and then fry each side for about 30 seconds to a minute until both sides are golden and crispy.

Deep-Frying

For an even crispier and fluffier texture:

1. Heat oil: Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a pot to the appropriate frying temperature (check package for specific temperature, but typically around 170-180°C).
2. Fry: Place the Imo Mochi in the hot oil from frozen and fry for about 4 to 4.5 minutes until they are golden brown.
3. Drain: Remove and drain any excess oil on a paper towel.
