The Story

Inspired by founder PJ Rigney's world travels, this edition was born from a "curious journey" to California's sun-kissed coast. There, he discovered the abundance of winter-ripened 'Moro' oranges and immediately envisioned how their bright flavour would meld with the existing exotic botanicals back in his rural Irish distillery.

How to use?	Serving Suggestion: The distiller recommends serving this vibrant gin with your favourite premium tonic water over ice and garnishing with a generous wedge of pink grapefruit. It also works exceptionally well in a variety of citrus-forward cocktails, such as an Orange Gin & Tonic or a California Gunpowder Margarita.
Ingredients	ABV: 43% Origin: The Shed Distillery, Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim, Ireland Botanicals: Juniper berries, angelica root, orris root, caraway seed, coriander seed, meadowsweet, cardamom, star anise, Gunpowder tea, and fresh Californian orange citrus. Production: Slow-distilled by hand in medieval copper pot stills, combining eight pot-still and four vapor-infused botanicals.
