Bao Long - 中式卤虾料 75g

Braised Shrimp Recipe:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

• 300-500g of fresh shrimp, cleaned and peeled.
• 1 packet of Bao Long Tom Kho Tau seasoning (75g).
• 2 tablespoons of oil.
• Optional: Add onions, garlic, or chili peppers for extra flavour.

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
3. Add the Bao Long Tom Kho Tau seasoning mix and stir well.
4. Add a small amount of water (about 100ml) to create a sauce. Stir and bring to a simmer.
5. Lower the heat and let the shrimp cook in the sauce for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavours to fully absorb.
6. Remove from heat and serve hot with rice or noodles.

Serving Suggestions:

• Serve the braised shrimp over steamed rice or vermicelli noodles for a complete meal.
• Use as a seasoning for stir-fried vegetables or seafood.

Storage Instructions:

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Once opened, keep the seasoning in an airtight container and use within a few weeks.
