How to Use Suree Thai Yellow Curry Kit

1. Prepare Ingredients: Chop your choice of protein (chicken, tofu, prawns) and vegetables (potatoes, carrots, bell peppers).
2. Cook the Curry Paste: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the yellow curry paste from the kit and stir-fry on medium heat for 1–2 minutes until aromatic.
3. Add Coconut Milk: Pour in the coconut milk provided and stir well to combine.
4. Add Ingredients: Add your prepared protein and vegetables to the pan. Simmer for 10–15 minutes until cooked through and tender.
5. Season and Garnish: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Sprinkle the dried herbs from the kit for an aromatic finish.
6. Serve: Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice or flatbread for a complete meal.
