How to Use SPICE KITCHEN Tex Mex Spice Blend Tin 80g

A smoky, spicy, and vibrant blend that brings Tex-Mex flair to your cooking — perfect for fajitas, tacos, burritos, or adding a kick to everyday dishes.

1. Tex-Mex Fajita Marinade

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Tex Mex Spice Blend

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• Juice of 1 lime

• 1 tbsp water

Instructions:

1. Combine ingredients into a paste.

2. Toss with sliced chicken, beef, or vegetables.

3. Cook in a hot pan until charred and fragrant.

2. Smoky Taco Mix

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp Tex Mex Spice Blend

• 500g minced beef or plant-based mince

• 100ml tomato passata

Instructions:

1. Brown the mince in a pan.
