Each beef ball is packed with rich savoury flavour, seasoned with garlic, white pepper, and a hint of fish sauce, making them an essential ingredient for authentic Asian comfort meals.
Keep refrigerated and consume before the expiration date, or freeze immediately upon purchase to extend shelf life.
Hot Pot & Soup: Drop the beef balls directly into a bubbling hot pot broth or a boiling pot of noodle soup. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until they expand slightly and float completely to the surface.
Stir-Fry: Slice the beef balls in half and toss them into a hot wok with flat rice noodles (Ho Fun), Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan), and a savoury dark soy sauce.
Skewers: Thread onto bamboo skewers, brush with barbecue or satay sauce, and grill or air-fry for 6 to 8 minutes until slightly charred.
