How to use?	Cook plain rice until soft (leftover rice works well). Add 1 sachet of HIGASHIMARU Chotto Zosui seasoning to 180–200ml of hot water. Stir in the rice and simmer briefly. Optional: Add egg, vegetables, or seafood for extra flavor. Serve hot as a comforting Japanese-style rice porridge (zosui).
