For Traditional Hot Pot The most common way to use this product is for a hot pot gathering. Prepare the Base: Open the 240g packet and pour the entire contents into your hot pot or large pot. Add Water/Broth: Pour approximately 1000ml to 1200ml (about 4 to 5 cups) of water or unsalted chicken broth into the pot. Boil: Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the seasoning completely. Add Ingredients: Once boiling, reduce the heat to maintain a simmer. Begin adding your raw ingredients (sliced meats, vegetables, seafood, tofu, noodles) to the pot to cook through. Serve: Enjoy your cooked ingredients immediately by dipping them in the simmering soup base. For a Quick Noodle Soup You can easily adapt this base for a single serving of noodle soup: Dilute: Use a smaller portion of the seasoning (e.g., 2-3 tablespoons, depending on desired intensity) mixed with about 300ml-400ml of water in a saucepan.
