InstructionsStep 1 – Prepare the croissantsPreheat the oven to 180°C. Slice each croissant in half and place them into a muffin tin or baking tray, gently pressing the centre down slightly to create a cup shape. Step 2 – Add the fillingsSpoon some kimchi into the bottom of each croissant cup. Put chopped ham over the kimchi layer. Step 3 – Add the eggsCarefully crack one whole egg into each croissant cup, making sure the egg stays inside the pastry. Step 4 – Top with cheeseGenerously sprinkle grated orange cheddar cheese over each one. Step 5 – Finish & bakeTop with a sprinkle of nori seaweed furikake for extra savoury flavour. Bake in the oven for around 20 minutes, until the egg is set and the cheese is melted and golden. Step 6 – ServeRemove from the oven and serve warm.
