Method

  • Step 1: In a medium pot, bring water to boil. Add Tom Yum Paste and dissolve thoroughly.
  • Step 2: Add Chicken and cook for about 10 minutes or until the meat is done.
  • Step 3: Add the Bamboo Shoots, Shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Step 4: Sprinkle with Chopped Coriander. Ready to serve in individual bowls.
