Spooky Sushi Rolls (Monster Maki) Recipe

Ingredients:

NORI0002 HOSAN - A+ Roasted Sea Laver Bag - 10 sushi nori sheets 25g: 5 sheets

Assorted fillings: cucumber, avocado, cooked shrimp, or imitation crab
Instructions:

Prepare the Sushi Rice:

Rinse the KOJIMA Sushi Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Once cooked, allow the rice to cool slightly, then season it with sushi vinegar (optional).

Prepare the Fillings:

Slice your choice of fillings such as cucumber, avocado, cooked shrimp, or imitation crab into thin strips.

Assemble the Sushi Rolls:

Place one sheet of Sushi Nori on a bamboo mat, shiny side down.

Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving about an inch at the top edge.

Arrange your fillings horizontally across the center of the rice.

Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, pressing gently to seal the edge.
