Experience authentic Malaysian cuisine in action with live cooking demos by Chef Adli, personal chef to the Malaysian Ambassador. Taste the results as you watch:

  • 30th Aug: Classic Chicken Rendang
  • 31st Aug: Nyonya Curry Noodle with Sambal

Traditional Dance Performances

Feel the energy and colour of Malaysia with UiTM Sarawak dancers, performing traditional dances every half hour. A visual feast that showcases Malaysia’s dynamic cultural heritage!

Discover Malaysia through interactive cultural displays and games hosted by UiTM Sarawak:

National Malaysia Day Celebration – 31st August

Celebrate Malaysia’s National Day with an official flag hoisting ceremony, national anthems, and VIP appearances from:

  • The Malaysian Ambassador to Ireland
  • Guest of Honour
  • ASEAN country delegates

Enjoy speeches, shaded seating, and a lively open-air celebration that honours Malaysia’s proud heritage.

Malaysian Street Food Market – 31st August

Indulge in a taste of Malaysia with 5 authentic food vendors, offering:

  • Sarawak Laksa Noodles
  • Roti Paratha with Vegan Sauce
  • Milk Tea, Malaysian desserts, and more
