Bread crumbs also called panko in Japanese. It is made from bread without crusts, with a crisper, airier texture than most types of breading found in Western cuisine. It is a good match with shrimp, fish, meat products and onion rings. Our panko is fermented by refined wheat flour. Absolutely healthy food! There are white panko and yellow panko available.

1. Roll in tempura batter mix (flour) and coat evenly
2. Dip into mixture of eggs beaten with 2-3 tablespoons of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
3. Roll generously in Panko (breadcrumbs) 4. Deep fry in tempura oil (oil temperature should be 160 to 175 Degree Celsius)
