Masago Wasabi 450g
Salted Capelin roes (fish eggs) are called ‘Masago’ in Japan. This type of dish is better known to the Europeans by the name ‘caviar’, a much desired seafood delicacy. Here you find Masago Wasabi, which is in fact a version of the caviar dish, flavoured by wasabi, or Japanese horseradish seasoning. The Masago Wasabi in the picture gets its green colour from the wasabi seasoning.
