Use the powder sachet and 20g cooking wine to make a marinade, and marinate 1 Kg fish slices using the marinade. Boil 700g of water with the fish bones and the seasoning sachet. Add the marinated fish in the pot and cook for 3-5 minutes. Heat up 150g of oil and the dry food sachet. Use low heat to fry the chilli until it gives off fragrance. Pour the oil and chilli onto the fish.
